Thomas Young is a former senior government executive in the US State Department with extensive international experience as a team leader and manager of large staffs and budgets. He delivered top quality, within-budget, customer-friendly support to multiple government agencies located at several U.S. embassies overseas, and he negotiated intergovernmental agreements on behalf of the U.S. government.

Mr. Young directed all management-support operations at three U.S. embassies in Europe and the Middle East, leveraging technology and resources to meet organizational objectives and improve customer experience.  He developed and led an energized, motivated, and productive team that consistently earned high marks from customers for innovation, service quality, and efficiency. He spearheaded complex cross-functional projects to rapidly deliver essential products and services and planned and executed organizational structure and process changes to improve service performance and enhance effectiveness.
